At Eclipse Sample Sales, we aim to provide exclusive access to luxury fashion while ensuring a transparent return process for our community. Please note that due to the limited nature of our events, all returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original designer tags attached before placing them in the original shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
